This is an hourly pay, contractor job, with work scheduled as needed. The maintenance technician is responsible for diversified work such as: Turn and punch apartments and perform maintenance for existing residents. Such as:
Paint, install blinds, fans, appliances, carpentry, troubleshoot, make minor repairs to maintain units and equipment. HVAC, electrical and plumbing experience are a plus. Must have your own tools and transportation.
