All rooms have a small fridge in them and come completely furnished but can be unfurnished if needed. You will have access to the whole house except other bedrooms. Yard is fenced in with an 8 ft. privacy fence and security cameras on premises along with laundry. Property is located in the country. Everyone has a $400 deposit and rent is determined by how you get paid. Nonrefundable pet deposit is required for any pets that are approved. I am a huge animal lover and have dogs that are well mannered and maintained at all times. Rent is an easy month to month lease. I am a very laid back easy to get along with person.
