Wisconsin guy seeks room (Tallahassee)

During the summer months I live in Oshkosh, Wisconsin and work as a handyman. As I have for the past 17 years, I spend the winter months in the Tallahassee area, usually from December until late April, and this year I'm planning to do the same.
I'm an older gentleman, don't smoke, rarely drink, and am very quiet and organized. I will respect your property and wherever I live will be in the same or better condition when I leave. I travel with my van and trailer containing my motorcycle and bicycle. When I'm not working as a handyman or working as a hospice volunteer I'm off somewhere on one of my bikes.
My credit is rated Excellent and I have references.
No cigarette smoke or cats (allergies) but I love dogs
I'm looking for a quiet and clean living situation in a rural setting.
