My landlord/room mate (lessor), a woman, is retiring and moving elsewhere in Florida; she has agreed to let me stay and continue renting if I can find a woman to rent the second bedroom. Bedrooms are on opposite sides of the condo with bathrooms inside the bedrooms; the condo is spacious, roomy with huge ceilings and a truckload of natural light and an open loft space that could double as an office or artist studio. There is an outdoor balcony (lanai) that overlooks the tennis courts.
The loft area would also be great for a massage therapist space, meditation, yoga and more!
The location is ideal for shopping and errands: there is a Walmart 3 minutes away (walking); there is a Publix located 4 minutes north of condo; there is a second Publix and huge shopping center just 5 minutes south of the condo location. On Saturday mornings, there is a farmer's market that sells fresh fruits and vegetables from 8 until noon.
Our preference is for an educated, professional woman with an interest in staying fit and eating healthy and pursuing an active lifestyle. This is a great area for riding a bike and taking pleasant strolls in areas with an abundance of wildlife.
Perhaps you are a graduate student/law/medical student. Perhaps you dream of living in places other than Tallahassee, like Boulder, CO, Portland, OR or Honolulu, HI but are willing to make the sacrifice in the short run to get there. I am offering a room share situation where you can exact sweet revenge while you bide your time in Tallahassee.
Are you an artist or a musician? YOU ARE ESPECIALLY WELCOME!! The upstairs loft would be a perfect practice room especially for guitar or violin.
