The house sits on a fantastic acre lot with pear trees persimmon and herb garden. Landlords own and live in a second home on the property and they have 5 very friendly dogs so, you need to be a dog person.

I like to cook (sometimes) and I make stellar coffee. Id love to join your morning yoga routine. I'd love for you to join my Kung-Fu class 4 nights a week. I have more than 800 movies in the video library. Netflix, Disney+, CBS All Access, HBO... Star Wars, Star Trek, Dr. Who... Lots of noise from the music room every weekend...

I am picky and I'm in no rush. It's important that BOTH parties are comfortable and happy with the arrangement so there will need to be some time to get to know each other before we 'move in' together...
