Private bedroom and bathroom available in a 3bed/3bath at Tuscany Villas. You'll be living with two other female students - everyone has their own space which is nice. Walking distance to FSU campus, so no need to stress about commuting. Must be enrolled at any Tallahassee college or university. Water and internet are covered in rent. There's a washer and dryer in the unit, plus open parking on site so you're set. Pretty chill setup with roommates who understand the whole student grind. Looking for someone respectful who can handle their share of responsibilities.
