I love to cook and you're totally welcome to join me when I do - just don't expect a home-cooked meal every night because that's not happening! 😂 You'll have your own space in the cabinets, fridge and freezer.

- No smoking inside, but the screened porch is perfect for that
- Zero tolerance for illegal drugs
- Guests are cool but after 24 hours they either need to help out or chip in 😅
