I have a furnished bedroom and shared bathroom for rent in a 3000 square feet mobile / modular home located on the west side of town. I am located 2.7 MI from Capital circle Southwest off of highway 20. There is no public transportation in the area, you will need an automobile, take Uber or Lyft. The bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser, desk & chair, and chest of drawers. The room is for single occupancy only. I do not allow smokers. If you are a smoker you are not a good fit for me. I do not allow smoking in or outside of my home. You must be employed full-time
. The rent is $700 a month plus a $500 security deposit, and must be paid before you can move in. There are no exceptions to the rules. The rent includes all utilities, and garbage pickup. Due to all the scammers on this site I will only respond to you by telephone. I am a black female
