Hey! I'm looking to sublease my room at Tuscany Villas and hoping to find someone soon.
Here's what you're getting - it's a one bedroom with your own private bathroom in a three bedroom, three bathroom apartment. So basically everyone has their own space and bathroom, which is honestly the best setup for roommate situations. No fighting over the shower in the morning or any of that.
The apartment is at Tuscany Villas and it's walking distance to FSU campus. Like, actually walking distance, not the "if you don't mind a 30 minute hike" kind. Super convenient if you've got classes or just want to hang out on campus without dealing with parking.
You'd be sharing the apartment with two other female students. They're both cool and pretty easy to live with - everyone kind of does their own thing but we're friendly. Each person has their own bedroom and bathroom, so there's plenty of privacy.
Good news on costs - water and internet are included, so that's a few less bills to worry about. The apartment also has a washer and dryer in the unit, which is clutch. No lugging laundry baskets to some sketchy laundromat or fighting for machines in a common area.
There's an open parking lot on site too if you've got a car. Nothing fancy but it gets the job done.
I'm covering the subleasing fees, so you don't have to stress about that expense. Just makes things easier for whoever takes over.
One thing - you do need to be a student at any Tallahassee institution. Doesn't have to be FSU specifically, but TCC, FAMU, wherever - you just need to be enrolled somewhere in Tallahassee. That's a requirement from the complex, not just me being picky.
The apartment itself is in good shape and the location really can't be beat if you're going to school around here. Close to campus, restaurants, shopping, everything you need. It's a solid spot and the roommates are good people.
If you're a female student looking for housing and this sounds like it could work, send me a message. We can set up a time for you to come check out the place, meet the other roommates, and I can answer whatever questions you've got about the apartment or the complex.
Looking to get this filled relatively soon, so if you're interested don't wait too long to reach out. Thanks for reading!
