2015 Honda Odyssey EX-L One Owner - $7,500 (Tallahassee)

Runs well and we are still using, so mileage will increase until sale
Motor is great and the transmission is great
We have maintained this vehicle with regular oil changes and transmission fluid changes, as well as other scheduled maintenance.
Brakes were serviced recently with recent new rotors and pads.
Tires and rims are good with regular rotations
Leather seats, carpet and interior are in good used shape, with no major problems. We have a white dog, so the carpet appears lighter than it actually is
Electronics all work, the door locks, radio, windows, and sun/moon roof and trunk operating as it should
The exterior is in fair to good shape. There are a few places that the paint was rubbed off like the mirror and the door, as well as a dent or two and scratches. Please see photos for details
The rear window wiper does not work. We never had it looked at, so we do not know what the issue is
The sliding doors open and close properly, but they are sometimes sluggish
The other issue is the front struts, they are bad. We purchased 2 new front struts but have not installed them. They are included with the sale of the van
