To the best of my knowledge:
The Jarrett Zaffiro was built, beginning in 2006 in Connecticut... Based on the 2002 40th Anniversary Shelby Cobra Commemorative Guitar series. The Jarret guitar line originally began with $1395.00 pricetag with their Player's Series instruments... Which is what this is.
Original specs:
Honduras mahogany body w/maple neck, Solid maple top w/4A flame veneer, Neck is C shaped/.90 at the first fret/.98 at the 12th, Ebony fingerboard w/maple fingerboard binding, 25.5" scale, 22 frets, 12" radius, Gold hardware- Pigtail Wraparound aluminum bridge, Wilkinson tuners, Polyester finish, Weighs roughly 8.5lbs.
I did upgrade & mod this guitar since my original purchase. It now boasts:
Dominger- Custom '58 bridge model, Whiskissippi neck model/ 2Vol-1Tone PRS style Coil Split w/.015 PIO Cap/ All CTS pots with Switchcraft toggle/ Bone nut/ Set up with GHS 10's strings.
Comes with TKL Zero Gravity soft shell case. Also, if locally purchased, I will include 1 free setup to your custom specs!
