In Commemorative box 11 X 10- Read below- the box is damaged.

Signed To The Original Owner -on front/ top of plate- An Emissary of Goodwill
Korean Tassels to hang the plate
The plate is in good condition but shows age spots/ maybe brass needs polishing
The box has been heavily damaged on the side/ outside-one side of the lid- / inside is in OK condition and blue velvet where plate rest is good as well. Giving the box—as a way to protect it..but not in any condition to give as a gift- Stored for years in a smoke free home
