What You’ll Do
• Call real U.S.-based business call centers
• Act as a potential customer with a simple inquiry
• Listen carefully and evaluate the agent’s professionalism and accuracy
• Complete a short online evaluation (5–10 questions)
• Calls usually take 10–15 minutes
