Got overcharged for bad work. Went to them a few months ago because my brake lights were out. They did a 5-15 minute job replacing the brake light switch (a $20-40 part) and charged me over $160. Even though it was a steep price I wouldn't have complained if everything worked fine. The same day they replaced the switch I noticed that my brake lights worked but the stayed on even when you turned the truck and the lights off. I brought my truck back the next day and they corrected that problem but when leaving the shop I told the mechanic my truck was stuck in park and he got it out. Weeks later I noticed that my truck would sometimes get stuck in park or it would be hard to shift it in reverse or drive. I typed the issue and the make of my truck on YouTube and watched 3 mechanic videos. Each one stated it's a bad brake light switch. It's ridiculous I paid this shop a hefty amount for this small service and it didn't get done right. Since there were 2 different problems with the switch after they replaced it, it's very possible they rigged the same switch instead of buying a new one. I went to the shop today and told one of the mechanics that the switch wasn't working because the truck is stuck in park and he told me I could bring it by but it could be many issues ( even though I listened to 3 mechanics say the same exact thing, just the brake light. I wouldn't even trust this shop if that's covered under warranty because it's no telling what other issues could pop up after working on my truck.
